Permanent Opportunity in Southern Maryland
Position Overview
A physician-led medical group in Southern Maryland is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its established team. This permanent opportunity offers competitive compensation, a collaborative clinical environment, and flexibility to work across several nearby practice locations.
The group values teamwork and provides strong advanced practice provider (APP) support to help physicians deliver high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights
- Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

- Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
- Compensation: Base salary plus production incentives
- Patient Volume: Approximately 22–30 patients per day
- Practice Environment: Physician-led group with an established team of clinicians and strong APP support
- Location Flexibility: Multiple nearby practice locations, with the ability to work at any of the group's locations

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, subject to employer requirements.
- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
