Location: Near Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $230,000–250,000 per year (DOE)

Overview:
Our well-established outpatient internal medicine practice near Tampa is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide full-spectrum primary care to adult patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct histories and physical exams, including well, sick, and annual visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines
• Provide preventive care, including screenings, immunizations, and risk factor counseling
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular disease
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring efficacy, side effects, and adherence
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans to patients and families
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Florida
• Experience in a high-volume internal medicine or primary care practice preferred
• Care coordination experience for patients with multiple conditions preferred
• Familiarity with quality improvement, population health, and telehealth tools preferred
• Bilingual (preferred)
