Physician/Doctor - Internal Medicine - Hospitalist
Location: TN
Position Overview
Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage, including admissions, cross-coverage, and collaboration with the care team.
Clinical Scope Highlights
Open ICU model (intensivist support available)
No procedures required
Respond to codes as required
EMR: Epic (with MModal)
Required Qualifications
MD/DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Tennessee medical license
Active DEA registration with Tennessee address
BLS required; ACLS required
Case logs required for the past 2 years
CME documentation required for the past 2 years
Proof of 40 Category 1 CME hours (past 2 years)
Current-year flu vaccine required
COVID vaccination preferred (not required)
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing / Onboarding Items
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
