Job description
We are seeking a Physician for ongoing outpatient coverage in South Carolina beginning December 2026. This opportunity offers a consistent four-day workweek caring for patients ages 12 and older, with a primarily older patient population.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: December 16, 2026
- Ongoing until a permanent physician is hired
- 4 days per week
- Temporary privileges will be requested
- Clear background and malpractice history required for temporary privileges
Schedule
- 4 days per week
- 8-hour workday
- 1-hour unpaid lunch
- No additional call or weekend requirements specified
Practice Setting
- Outpatient setting
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Patients ages 12+
- Primarily older patient population
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Active South Carolina medical license required
- Licensing candidates will not be considered
- Clear background required
- No malpractice history required for temporary privileges
- Specialty/board certification requirements were not specified
Credentialing
- Temporary privileges will be requested
- Candidate must have a clean background and no malpractice history to qualify for temporary privileges
Travel
- Airfare is not covered
- Lodging covered up to $150/night at an approved hotel
