We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a temporary outpatient primary care assignment in Chehalis, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for a physician interested in providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a supportive outpatient setting.
Assignment Details
- Location: Chehalis, Washington
- Start Date: Mid-November 2026
- Assignment Length: 90 days
- Schedule: 4 shifts per week
- Shift Hours: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Population: Adults ages 18+
- Patient Volume: 20–24 patients per day
- EMR: NextGen (experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care and wellness examinations.
- Manage medications and treatment plans.
- Conduct routine follow-up visits.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board certification or training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, as applicable.
- Active Washington state medical license required.
- Experience with NextGen EMR preferred.
