An established medical group is expanding its concierge primary care platform in Morris County and is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician with an established local patient panel who may be interested in a practice acquisition and transition to a concierge care model. The doc does not need to have a large panel in place currently. Per client, our docs see an average of 3-4 patients a day. Enjoy medicine again!

This is an opportunity for a physician who has built a strong community practice and wants to:

• Transition ownership of their practice while continuing to care for their patients
• Reduce the administrative and volume pressures of traditional primary care
• Move toward a smaller, relationship-focused concierge patient panel
• Continue practicing in the community where they have established long-term patient relationships
• Benefit from the infrastructure and support of a growing medical group

Model Includes

• Approximately 250-300 concierge patients, with flexibility based on the practice
• Personalized, relationship-driven primary care
• Strong emphasis on prevention, wellness, and healthy aging
• No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call
• On-call limited to the physician's concierge patients
• Reasonable office hours and physician autonomy
