Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to provide comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a manageable patient volume of approximately 15-18 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventive care, routine examinations, and comprehensive primary care services.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and promote continuity of care.
Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Participate in quality improvement, population health, and patient experience initiatives.
Perform minor office-based procedures and address urgent clinical needs as appropriate.
Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, subject to employer requirements.
Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one before starting.
Current BLS certification and active DEA registration.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Value-based care and population health experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Based on experience.
Quality metric bonus: $40,000.
Patient experience bonus: $10,000.
Productivity bonus: $52 per wRVU generated above 7,000 wRVUs.
Sign-on bonus available.

160 hours of PTO and 40 hours of sick time annually.
