Position Overview
Ansible Government Solutions is actively recruiting board-certified Primary Care Physicians to provide outpatient medical services supporting the Albany VA Healthcare System across multiple locations in New York.
These opportunities offer competitive compensation, manageable patient volumes, and flexible scheduling options while providing meaningful care to our nation's Veterans.
Job Responsibilities
$168/hour – 1099
Approximately 6–12 patients per day
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
No scheduled weekends or federal holidays
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Contract through March 2028, with potential extension
ASAP start for additional coverage needs, pending VA clearance and credentialing
Available Locations & Coverage
Albany VA Medical Center – Albany, NY
Full-time, Monday–Friday
$7,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days
Fonda VA CBOC – Fonda, NY
5 days/week preferred
3 days/week considered
Saranac Lake / Westport VA CBOCs – New York
Preferred: 3 days/week at Saranac Lake and 2 days/week at Westport
Part-time coverage of at least 2 days/week at Saranac Lake may be considered
Multiple physicians may be considered to fulfill coverage needs
Qualifications
Board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Outpatient Primary Care experience
Ability to meet VA credentialing and privileging requirements
