* Full-scope Family Medicine providing comprehensive care across all ages, including newborns
* 100% outpatient with no inpatient responsibilities
* Collaborative team includes 6 full-time physicians and 12 NPs/PAs
* Flexible scheduling options supporting work-life balance
* Call limited to approximately 4 weeks per year
* Approximately 99% of phone calls managed through nurse triage
* On-site walk-in Convenient Care services
