Part-Time FM/IM Physician Opportunity - Mesa, AZ
Full-Time | Locum to Perm | Primary Care
Position Details
* Immediate need for a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) in Mesa, Arizona
* Flexible schedule options offering either 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour work weeks (40 hours/week)
* Urgent assignment with guaranteed coverage needed through at least the end of the year
* Excellent opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position
* Credentialing is streamlined with backdated billing capability to expedite onboarding
Candidate Qualifications
* Must be a local candidate based in or near Mesa, AZ
* Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
* Active Arizona state medical license
* Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
* Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required (candidates awaiting card issuance will require temporary shadowing supervision until received)
