A well-established healthcare organization in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent Primary Care opportunity
* Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians
* Established outpatient practice
* Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Perform routine vaccinations and preventive health services
* Coordinate appropriate diagnostic testing and specialty referrals

Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Current or eligible Wisconsin medical licensure
* Geriatrics fellowship training is a plus, but not required
* Interest in caring for elderly patients and those with complex or comorbid conditions
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care
