* Located in West Bend, WI - Milwaukee 40m
* Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Full-time Primary Care opportunity
* Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians
* Outpatient primary care practice
* Collegial, collaborative, and consultative practice environment
* Autonomy within a large healthcare network with academic affiliation
* H-1B visa sponsorship considered
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Board Eligible physicians must obtain certification within 2 years of employment
* Training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics preferred
* Must obtain Wisconsin medical licensure
