Overview:
* Join a new Primary Care practice located on the main hospital campus
* 100% outpatient practice with manageable on-call responsibilities
* Provide acute and preventive care along with chronic disease management
* Dedicated time provided for mentoring and developing newly trained Advanced Practice Providers
* Build long-term relationships while providing continuous and comprehensive care to patients and their families
* Supported by an experienced team of Nurses, Medical Assistants and Patient Coordinators
* Seamless access to hospital-based specialty services and resources
* Administrative and record-keeping time incorporated into the position
* Supportive administration with an emphasis on quality care, provider satisfaction and patient satisfaction
* Seeking candidates comfortable combining clinical practice with APP mentorship and professional development
* Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Vermont medical license and Federal DEA certification required
