An established outpatient Internal Medicine practice in Hobart, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team. This opportunity offers a traditional outpatient primary care practice with a Monday–Friday schedule, manageable call rotation, and the resources of a collaborative healthcare system experiencing significant growth. The location provides convenient access to downtown Chicago while offering the affordability and lifestyle advantages of Northwest Indiana.
Position Highlights

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
* Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
* Current or eligible Indiana medical license
* Comfortable providing comprehensive adult primary care
* Ability to participate in a 1:5 call rotation
* Strong communication and patient-care skills
* Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered Internal Medicine
