Description:
Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater Chesterton area of Indiana.
Join a growing multispecialty practice with Onsite Diagnostics and Virtual Visits. Flexible scheduling and APP collaboration support a continuity-focused Primary Care practice.
What You Can Expect
- Patient/Case Volume: Approximately 20–25 outpatients per 8-hour clinic day
- Procedures / Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic-condition management, and virtual visits
- Support Staff / Resources: APP collaboration, onsite laboratory and X-ray services, and a multispecialty referral network
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Virtual Care: Approximately 25% of patient-contact hours may involve Virtual Visits.

Job Responsibilities
Participate in virtual visits and potential APP collaboration
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Completed U.S. residency/fellowship training applicable to the specialty
Active or eligible Indiana medical license
Women’s Health interest preferred, not required
Board eligibility must be current and meet immediate post-training examination requirements
Current CV required
Current American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire

Working Hours
Flexible schedule: possible four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
Weekday/weekend shared call approximately 1:6–1:8
