Join a well-established, physician-owned medical group in Southern California, located approximately an hour outside of Los Angeles. Serving 2 hospitals that are 10 min apart, this hospitalist opportunity offers a 7-on/7-off schedule, a manageable combined census of only 10 12 patients, and a closed ICUs. Earn $145 $155 per hour for your base potentially flexible based on experience plus signing, retention, and performance bonuses. Great opportunity just 1 hour from Los Angeles!
7-on/7-off block schedule. $145 $155 per hour, with some flexibility based on experience. ~$300k annually + multiple bonuses. Signing bonus. Retention bonus. Performance-based bonus. Approximately one hour from Los Angeles. Coverage at two hospitals located approximately 10 minutes apart. Typical combined census of only 10 12 patients. Closed ICU model. Admissions, rounding, treatment planning, and discharges. Strong case-management and specialist support. Focus on efficient, safe discharges and reduced re-admissions. Physician-owned managed-care organization. Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training accepted. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome. Active California medical license required. No Visa Sponsorship available for this position. No 2027 Residents being considered for this role. The ideal candidate will be CA licensed or have application in process.
