Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join a patient-focused primary care practice. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient healthcare services, emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions affecting adult and family populations.
• Conduct annual wellness examinations and age-appropriate health screenings.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and interpret diagnostic results.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for or able to obtain an Oregon medical license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights

• Location: Oregon
• Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Call Coverage: After-hours telephone call only; no in-person weekend call responsibilities
