• BC/BE required – Physicians with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics training accepted. Group may consider an Internist here
• Rural Health Clinic attached to a Critical Access Hospital
• Team consists of 3 physicians and 4 APP’s
• Clinic offers primary and specialty care. Specialties include: General Surgery, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, OBGYN, Endocrinology, and Occupational Health
• Outpatient only position
• Clinic hours are 7 am-5 pm Monday- Friday
• Strong collaboration among the three clinics in the local market
• Minimal call schedule– 1:12. After-Hours Call Center will take first call
• Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance

• Located 45 minutes from Moline, 2 hours from Springfield, and 2 ½ hours from Chicago
• Domestic airport offered in Moline with direct flights to Chicago (O’Hare), Dallas (DFW), Charlotte, Denver, Atlanta, Sarasota, Orlando, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Punta Gorda, and St. Petersburg. International airports are offered in Chicago
