A patient-centered primary care practice in Suwanee, Georgia, is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Deliver preventive screenings, wellness assessments, and health education.
Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Participate in clinical quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives.
Qualifications
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active and valid Georgia medical license.
Demonstrated experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
Knowledge of preventive medicine and patient education.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficiency with electronic medical records.
