Position Overview
As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will work in an outpatient clinic setting, seeing approximately 17 patients per day. You'll collaborate with a team of four providers, the Chief Medical Officer, and psychiatric care staff. The practice follows a weekday schedule with no weekends, and includes a rotating on-call system. You'll have the opportunity to mentor future physicians and care for patients from varied backgrounds, including the homeless and underserved communities.

Compensation & Benefits
- $235,000 - $282,000 annual salary
- RVU and performance incentives
- Approximately 20 days of paid time off (increasing to 25 days for managers and providers)
- 8 paid holidays
- 401(k) plan with 4% employer match
- Continuing medical education stipend of $2,250
