Internal Medicine / Primary Care Physician opening in Plaistow, NH Full-Time | 4-Day Clinical Work Week | Outpatient Primary Care | Minimal Call A well-established primary care practice in Plaistow, New Hampshire is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team with a strong focus on quality care and work-life balance. Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient Primary Care opportunity
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians considered
• 4-day clinical work week
• 32 clinical hours plus 8 administrative hours
• Average approximately 18 patients per day
• Diverse patient population ranging from young adults to elderly patients
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners
• Minimal call coverage
• Team-based, patient-centered practice environment
• On-site laboratory and X-ray services
• On-site behavioral health support
• On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• On-site Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and Cardiology services
• In-office RN, MA, and administrative support
• Centralized support for calls, referrals, medication refills, and triage

• New professional office setting Compensation and Benefits:
• Total cash compensation potential of more than $300,000 annually based on wRVU productivity and other performance metrics
• Sign-on bonus up to $30,000

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license or eligibility
• Family Medicine physicians may also be considered based on the stated practice need
