Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

  • Join a highly respected, innovative primary care team in a 100% office-based, outpatient setting in Glastonbury, CT
  • Open to Internal Medicine Physicians and Family Medicine Physicians
  • Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to explore a 4-day work week
  • Phone call only - averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
  • Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
  • Ambient AI technology integrated into practice to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
  • EPIC with Dragon, AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
  • Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
  • Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing and dedicated Medical Assistant support
  • Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
  • Committed to continuous development through leadership institutes and on-demand learning platforms including CME and special courses
