This role will support a behavioral health facility with medical H&Ps and general medical oversight for patients in a psychiatric / behavioral health setting. The client is open to either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and is flexible on structure depending on the physician’s availability, background, and preferred schedule.

This is a strong fit for a physician who is comfortable working alongside psychiatry, nursing, APPs, and facility leadership in a behavioral health environment.

  • Primary need: Medical H&Ps
  • Compensation: $240,000–$300,000, negotiable based on schedule and structure
  • Schedule: Flexible / negotiable
  • Structure: Direct patient care, supervisory support, or a mix
  • Supervision: FNP supervision may be included
  • Confidential opportunity through NorTek Medical Staffing

Position Responsibilities

Why This Role Stands Out

The structure is flexible, the compensation is competitive, and the role can potentially be shaped around the right physician’s availability and strengths.
