An established primary care practice in the Greater Atlanta Area is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care to adult patients age 18 and older.
This opportunity is well suited to a physician who values patient-centered primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term relationships with patients.
The physician will provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients age 18 and older.
Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions.
Manage chronic diseases and ongoing health conditions.
Conduct routine and preventive health evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate.
Patient Education
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health.
Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare decisions.
Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
Care Coordination
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Make appropriate referrals when specialty care is required.
Support continuity of care across the patient's healthcare journey.
Documentation & Quality
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
Follow established clinical standards and evidence-based practices.
Participate in ongoing clinical improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
Practice Development
Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice environment.
Support continued development of the primary care practice.
Build a long-term patient panel and professional relationships within the community.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Georgia medical license.
Ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Experience providing comprehensive adult primary care.
Experience with preventive care and patient education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
