Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Position Details Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join the practice. Academic primary care position as an Attending Physician in the Internal Medicine Resident Clinic Collegial team of 4 physicians Internal Medicine residency program supports 36 residents Half of time managing own patient panel, half dedicated to administrative and teaching duties for residents Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient volume of 18 to 20 patients per day Established patient panel Modern clinic with recent renovations AI-integrated documentation support Epic EMR in inpatient and outpatient settings Physician-led, faith-based multispecialty group with a dyad leadership model Manage a personal outpatient internal medicine patient panel Teach and supervise internal medicine residents in the resident clinic Perform administrative duties supporting the residency program Community Description: Located in the heart of Texas lake country, Longview is surrounded by beautiful pine tree-covered hills and offers easy access to Dallas, Tyler, and Shreveport.
