A well-respected concierge internal medicine practice in Northern Virginia is adding a physician to its team. The practice has an established, loyal patient base and a reputation for the kind of care patients rarely find elsewhere. It's looking for an internist who wants the time and freedom to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.

The role
You'll provide comprehensive adult primary care in a membership-based model built around access and continuity. The practice intentionally keeps a small panel, so you'll have unhurried visits, including longer annual comprehensive assessments, and the ability to really know your patients. You'll join a collaborative group of physicians who cover for one another, so patients are always seen by someone who knows them.

What you'll do

• Deliver comprehensive adult primary care, including preventive care, complex medical problems, and chronic disease management
• Build lasting relationships with patients and be directly accessible to them, including for urgent needs after hours
• Coordinate care with a strong network of subspecialists
• Collaborate with your physician colleagues on patient care and coverage

What we're looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license (or eligibility)
• A patient-centered, service-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative style
• Interest in the concierge model (prior concierge experience is a plus but not required)
