- Personally care for the practice's patients while owning the practice from day one
- A third-party partner finances the transition; the incoming physician pays no money upfront and instead pays a percentage of earnings to the partner
- Hybrid model combining concierge membership with insurance billing
- 443 active concierge members generating approximately $1 million in annual membership revenue
- Loyal, long-standing patient base built around personalized, relationship-driven care
- 60-day supported transition with the retiring physician
- Transition anticipated to be complete by March 2027
- Mature adult patient population
- Preventive care, comprehensive wellness planning, and chronic-disease management
- Extended, unhurried appointments with same-day or next-day availability and direct physician access
- Experienced, long-tenured support staff in place
- Attractive, well-established area of Tucson
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 8+ years of experience preferred
- Genuine commitment to long-term patient relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
