We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a community health center in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Position Highlights
- $80–$120/hour
- Full-time, permanent position
- Onsite in St. Louis, MO
- Comprehensive primary care for adult patients
- Collaborative environment with NPs, PAs, and other clinical staff
- Opportunities for teaching, quality improvement, and community health initiatives
- After-hours coverage may include weekday, weekend, and/or inpatient responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of primary care needs
- Provide preventive care, counseling, referrals, and follow-up
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results
- Consult with and support NPs, PAs, and other clinical staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical programs, and community health activities
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Active Missouri medical license in good standing
- DEA and Missouri BNDD registration
- Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment
- Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred
- Primary care residency preferred
- Experience or strong interest in community/urban health preferred
