- Base Salary: $205,000 – $315,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with Whole Health Coaches and other care team members
Utilize evidence-based medicine and population health strategies to improve patient outcomes
Focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term health
Empower patients through education, wellness coaching, and shared decision-making
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide whole-person care
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
DEA registration or ability to obtain
Passion for patient-centered, relationship-based care
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to preventive medicine and improving patient outcomes
Working Hours
Average of 10–15 patients per day
30–60 minute appointments
Collaborative, team-based practice environment
Designed to prioritize quality of care over patient volume
