- Base Salary: $232,369 – $340,053 annually
- Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings
- Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (effective the first day of the month following your start date)

- 160 hours (20 days) of PTO annually, available immediately

Job Responsibilities
Interview, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
Develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and early disease detection
Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Respond to patient questions, concerns, and clinical inquiries
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with federal regulations
Participate in shared call coverage
Perform occasional hospital rounding
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Board Eligible physicians must obtain board certification within 12 months of hire
Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
Current DEA registration
Successful completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing as required
Working Hours
Minimal night call coverage as needed
Hospital rounding approximately once every two months
