A growing patient-focused primary care practice is seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join their outpatient team in the Atlanta Metro Area.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values relationship-based care, preventive medicine, and building long-term connections with adult patients.
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients, including evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness counseling, and coordinated treatment planning.
The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, evidence-based medicine, innovation, and a collaborative healthcare environment.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Perform preventive care evaluations and wellness management
Educate patients regarding treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention
Build strong long-term physician-patient relationships
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Georgia medical license
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Experience managing adult primary care patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
Internal Medicine trained physicians preferred
Several years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
Stable employment history preferred
