Job description
An established concierge medical organization in the South Florida Metro Area is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director of a growing outpatient practice.
This leadership opportunity combines comprehensive primary care with functional medicine, longevity care, metabolic health, preventive medicine, and clinical practice development.
The incoming physician will inherit an established patient population and work alongside a highly supported clinical and administrative team. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys building strong patient relationships, providing clinical leadership, and contributing to the continued growth of an innovative outpatient practice.
The ideal candidate will have current hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Medical weight management and GLP-1 therapy
- Stem cell or exosome injection therapies
- Botox and aesthetic injection procedures
The physician should be ready to provide immediate clinical value with minimal additional training required.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as Medical Director and clinical leader for the practice
Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, documentation, and compliance
Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to advanced practice providers and clinical staff
Support development of clinical protocols and treatment pathways
Promote evidence-informed, patient-centered care
Patient Care
Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluations and treatment plans
Manage chronic disease, preventive care, and metabolic health conditions
Provide concierge-style personalized medical care
Perform qualifying procedures and treatment services within scope
Educate patients regarding treatment options and wellness goals
Build long-term relationships with a highly engaged patient population
Practice Growth & Development
Partner with leadership on practice strategy and expansion
Participate in development of new clinical programs
Support operational improvements while maintaining quality care
Contribute to future growth opportunities and potential partnership pathway
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Minimum 5 years of physician experience after residency
Current practical experience in at least two required service categories:
GLP-1 / medical weight management
Stem cell or exosome therapies
Botox or aesthetic injections
Strong outpatient medicine background
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable seeing approximately 30–50 patients daily within a supported model
Ability to work onsite full-time
Ability to start within approximately 45 days
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Medical Director or physician leadership experience
Concierge medicine experience
Functional or integrative medicine background
Longevity medicine experience
Experience with:
Hormone optimization
Peptide therapy
Metabolic health
Preventive medicine
A4M certification or similar longevity medicine education
Experience with private-pay or membership-based patient populations
Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership opportunities
Working Hours
Predictable outpatient schedule
No traditional hospital responsibilities
