Medical Director – Concierge & Longevity Medicine Physician
An established concierge healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a growing outpatient practice.
This leadership opportunity combines comprehensive primary care with functional medicine, metabolic health, preventive care, longevity medicine, and personalized wellness services.
The incoming physician will lead clinical care, support a highly experienced healthcare team, and help advance innovative patient-focused programs while managing an established patient population.
The ideal candidate is a personable physician leader with experience in outpatient medicine and demonstrated expertise in areas such as medical weight management, GLP-1 therapies, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, aesthetics, or wellness-focused care.

Qualifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Minimum 5 years clinical experience after residency
Strong outpatient clinical background
Demonstrated leadership experience
Experience managing chronic disease and preventive care
Experience with medical weight management and/or wellness-focused services preferred
Working Hours
Monday–Friday
Daytime outpatient schedule
No hospital call requirements
