Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Internal Medicine / Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care at locations throughout Florida. The role focuses on building strong patient relationships, managing chronic conditions, promoting preventive care, and helping patients achieve better long-term health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
- Provide preventive care and health education.
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, administrative, and support teams.
- Utilize clinical decision-support tools and technology to enhance patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance-based programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and the healthcare team.
