Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. We are working with a few Health Centers in Manhattan and Brooklyn looking for a primary care provider. The initial assignment would be for 120 days with the option to renew or go from locums to permanent. These roles would be full time, on site, within an outpatient setting and are set to start in November (or as soon as credentialed).
The pay range for this position starts at $150-$170/hour

Job Responsibilities
- EMR: Epic
- Locations: Manhattan or Brooklyn
- Full time schedule Monday through Friday
- 120 day assignment with option to renew or go from locums to permanent
Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified in IM or FM
- Must have active NYS DEA
- Must be NYS Medicaid participating
- Experience with Epic required
Working Hours
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5p
Duration: 120 days - option to renew or go permanent
