Part-Time Schedule: 4 Half-Day Clinical Sessions Per Week

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Internal Medicine Care
Directly Supervise and Precept Internal Medicine Residents
Provide Resident Supervision for Morning and Afternoon Clinic Sessions
Diagnose and Manage a Broad Range of Medical Conditions
Perform Comprehensive Patient Evaluations and Clinical Assessments
Order and Interpret Appropriate Diagnostic Testing
Prescribe and Manage Medications, Therapies, and Treatment Plans
Educate Patients and Families Regarding Diagnoses, Treatment Options, and Care Plans
Mentor and Coach Internal Medicine Residents
Conduct Formal and Informal Resident Evaluations
Provide Constructive Feedback to Support Resident Development
Clinical Environment / Support
Outpatient Resident-Staffed Clinic
Provider Will Not Work Solo
Other Onsite Specialties Include Neurology, Pulmonology, Oncology, and Radiation Oncology

Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Required
ABIM Board Certification - Required
Active Maryland Medical License - Required
IMLC Not Accepted
DEA Registration - Required
Maryland CSR - Required
BLS - Required
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience - Required
Prior Resident Precepting Experience - Preferred
Must Be Able to Begin Credentialing Promptly

Credentialing / Privileging Timeframe: Approximately 30 Days
Credentialing Application Must Be Completed Within 3 Business Days
