Position Details:
- Specialty: Primary Care / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
- Location: Farmington, Maine
- Practice Type: Outpatient Primary Care
- Start Date: ASAP (ideally at the beginning of the year)
- Assignment Duration: 3 months minimum, with potential to extend to 6–9 months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible to accommodate an 8- or 10-hour shift)
- Weekend Coverage: None
- Call: None
- Patient Volume: At least 16 visits per day
- Patient Population: Primarily adults
- EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Ambulatory primary care visits for acute and chronic conditions
- Annual wellness visits
- Post-hospitalization follow-ups
- Routine primary care evaluations and management
Requirements:
- Board Certified: Required
- Active Maine medical license: Required
