Position: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician
Employment Type: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a broad range of ages and medical conditions. The physician will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and work collaboratively with clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct physical examinations, medical assessments, and health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and patient education.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other studies.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing medication therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals when needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred/required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience providing outpatient primary care preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
