Medical Director – Concierge Primary Care & Longevity Medicine
An established outpatient medical practice in the South Florida Metro Area is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a growing concierge-focused practice.
This leadership opportunity combines comprehensive outpatient medicine with preventive care, metabolic health, wellness, longevity medicine, and practice development.
The incoming physician will join a highly supported clinical environment with experienced clinical and administrative team members while helping guide the continued growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate is a personable physician leader who enjoys building strong patient relationships, providing high-quality individualized care, and contributing to a forward-thinking healthcare model.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care evaluations and treatment plans
Manage chronic disease, preventive care, metabolic health, and wellness-focused medicine
Provide medical weight-management services, including GLP-1 therapy management
Evaluate and treat patients through personalized care plans
Educate patients regarding treatment options, goals, risks, and benefits
Maintain high-quality documentation and clinical standards
Build long-term relationships with concierge and private-pay patients
Medical Director Responsibilities
Serve as clinical leader for the practice
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
Provide guidance and oversight to advanced practice providers and clinical staff
Promote evidence-informed patient care
Collaborate with ownership and operational leadership on practice growth
Assist with development of new clinical programs and services
Practice Development
Support expansion of preventive, wellness, and longevity services
Participate in improving patient experience and clinical workflows
Contribute to long-term practice strategy
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Florida medical license
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience after residency
Strong outpatient primary care experience
Experience managing chronic disease and preventive care
Experience with medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Demonstrated clinical leadership ability
Ability to work full-time onsite

Previous Medical Director experience

Functional or integrative medicine background
Longevity medicine experience
Obesity medicine experience
Hormone optimization experience
Peptide therapy experience
Aesthetic medicine/Botox experience
Experience serving private-pay patient populations
