Deaconess Illinois Clinic is offering a competitive 18 month guaranteed salary of $300,000 for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Mt. Vernon, IL. In addition to the guaranteed salary, we offer a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year contract. Competitive compensation and benefits package include:
- Guaranteed 18-month base salary of $300,000
- Competitive, productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)
- $2,000 Residency Stipend
- Up to $90,000 loan repayment
- Generous sign-on bonus of $50,000 for 5-year or $36,000 for 3-year contract.
- $15,000 relocation allowance
- Quality bonus up to 2.5%
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
