## Internal Medicine Physician – Health Equity & Value-Based Care | Dallas, TX Full-Time | Outpatient & Academic Faculty | No Call | No Weekends ## Practice Overview

• Join an innovative Value-Based Care Clinic combining outpatient Internal Medicine with academic faculty responsibilities.
• Serve as core faculty for an Internal Medicine Health Equity Track.
• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adult patients.
• Supervise and mentor Internal Medicine residents in a clinic-based learning environment.
• Teach residents in primary care, population health, value-based care, and health equity.
• Work collaboratively with care managers, pharmacists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and community partners.
• Utilize population health tools, risk stratification, and care coordination strategies to improve outcomes and reduce disparities.
• Participate in quality improvement, health equity research, and scholarly projects.
• Contribute to journal clubs, lectures, case conferences, and resident workshops.
• Collaborate with Graduate Medical Education and residency leadership on curriculum development.
• No call and no weekend responsibilities. ## Compensation & Recruitment Package

• MD or DO
• Completion of an ACGME- or AMA-approved residency required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Texas medical license or willingness to obtain
• Interest in resident education and academic medicine required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Experience in medical education, health equity, population health, or value-based care highly preferred
• Clean malpractice and licensure history highly preferred
• At least one professional reference from within the past 24 months required
