Primary Care Physician Needed in El Paso

We’ve partnered with a Federal Agency and are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician in El Paso.

Details –

• Ongoing Contract
• Location – El Paso
• Flexible full or part-time schedule
  • 40 hours/week for full-time, 20 hours/week for part-time
  • Flexible on days/times during clinical hours
  • 8 or 10 hour shifts
    • Open to considering 12 hour shifts
  • Start Date – ASAP
  • Credentialing estimate – 2 to 3 Months
  • Malpractice coverage provided

Responsibilities & Duties –

• Primary Care. As a primary care physician with ICE you will be providing primary care from the medical wing of the facility. These clinics provide medical care to the detainees and are staffed by multiple primary care & mental health physicians and APPs.
• General Duties. Provide standard primary care – diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management.
• Take a leading role in the treatment of patients. Collaborate & work with other providers, nurses and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
• Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
• Patient Load – Adult population, approximately 8-10 PPD.
