We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to provide medical rounding services at our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This is a unique opportunity for a physician looking for the flexibility of a 7-on / 7-off schedule without the traditional 12-hour hospitalist grind. Physicians typically complete their rounding responsibilities in approximately 5–6 hours per shift, allowing more time for family, personal interests, or additional professional opportunities.
Rather than spending 12+ hours in a traditional hospital setting, physicians can typically complete their daily rounds in 5–6 hours and have the remainder of the day available for other priorities.
The 7-on / 7-off schedule also provides a full week away from clinical responsibilities, making this an attractive option for physicians seeking a better balance between work and life.
