The West Los Angeles VA Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Primary or Family Care Physician to join the newly established National Center for Warrior Independence (NCWI). This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care to Veterans while helping support the development of an innovative national VA program focused on serving the Veteran population.

Qualifications:
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary and acute care
- Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive healthcare
- Perform history-taking, examinations, diagnosis, treatment, consultations, and emergency management
- Provide same-day care and coverage for other PACT providers
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement
- Support VA performance measures, systems redesign, and advanced access initiatives
- Work with supervisory and frontline staff to improve clinic operations and Veteran care

Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Salary Range: $265,000 – $310,000
- PTO: 50–55 days of PTO annually (26/13 days of annual/sick leave, 11 holidays)
