Family/Internal Medicine Physician

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Coral Springs, Florida medical center.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in providing comprehensive outpatient primary care within a collaborative, patient-centered, value-based care environment. Our physicians are supported by an integrated healthcare team and have access to the resources, technology, and clinical support needed to deliver high-quality care.

Opportunity Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule

• Two schedule options: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Schedule rotates every two weeks

• One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• No on-call responsibilities

Physician Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies

• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

• Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes

• Participate in a value-based care model focused on proactive and coordinated patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment

• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care

• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated care team
