Physician - Internal Medicine in Michigan

We’re seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine physician to join a well established primary care team in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, flexible scheduling options, and the chance to practice comprehensive internal medicine in a historic waterfront community known for year round recreation and exceptional quality of life.

Highlights:

• Outpatient Internal Medicine opportunity within a long standing, supportive primary care team
• Three clinic locations within two blocks of the hospital
• Large community demand for services and strong team collaboration
• Option for outpatient only practice or maintaining an element of inpatient work (7–8 days or one weekend of hospitalist coverage per month)
• Full scope of adult and geriatric internal medicine, including preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and optional acute care if choosing hospitalist work
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with the option to discuss a 4 day work week or modified schedule if incorporating hospitalist shifts
• Backup phone call no more than 5 days per month
