Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to join our outpatient primary care team in Worcester. The position is flexible, allowing for both full-time and part-time schedules. Physicians specializing in Family Medicine (FM) can care for patients of all ages and may include obstetrics if desired, while Internal Medicine (IM) specialists will focus on adult patients only.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, or a 4-day clinical week with one remote administrative day.
- One Saturday morning a month, with a reduced weekday schedule when working Saturdays.
- 32 hours of patient-facing work per week.
- On-call duty is limited to phone calls only, two weekdays a month and one full weekend.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Must hold a valid Massachusetts medical license.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Willing to consider J1 or H1B visa candidates.
