About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced IM or FM Physician to lead care for our adult patients — a unique chance to help build a clinic from the ground up within an established, mission-driven organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including physical exams, diagnostic workups, and treatment planning
• Guide patients and families through accessing care at the clinic and beyond
• Mentor student and resident physicians on patient management
• Participate in peer review and help set clinical standards for medical support staff
• Collaborate with fellow providers on clinical concerns and care-improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the Clinic's Best Practices team, shaping protocols and care guidelines
• Help develop and launch new clinic programs and health initiatives
• Identify staff training needs and help build training programs

What You'll Need

• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty
• Current DEA registration and BCLS certification
• Strong ambulatory care skills across both adult and general pediatric populations
• Familiarity with county/state/federal programs (CHDP, FPACT, EWC, Medi-Cal,) preferred
