A value-based primary care organization seeks a Primary Care Physician in Durham, North Carolina.
THE ROLE
- Outpatient primary care, adult/geriatric focus
- Value-based model: smaller panels, longer visits, coordinated teams
- Interdisciplinary support — APPs, nursing, behavioral health, care coordination
- Clinical autonomy with leadership that trusts its physicians
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, daytime hours. No hospital call, no weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $240K–$270K base salary plus performance bonus
- Comprehensive benefits; 401(k) with match; 20 days PTO; CME support; malpractice with tail
REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- North Carolina license (or eligible); DEA
