Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Review laboratory and imaging results and maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other clinical team members.
• Support PCMH initiatives, quality improvement programs, clinical policy development, and community outreach events.
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Texas physician license.
• Current DEA and DPS registrations in Texas.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Up-to-date with applicable CME and state requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges when required.
• 1+ year of licensed clinical practice experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Texas medical regulations, PCMH principles, and EHR systems.
